At Lexington ABA Solutions, we believe in fostering a community of excellence and growth. Our employees play a pivotal role in shaping the lives of our students with autism, and we recognize the value of bringing in talented individuals who share our commitment to providing exceptional education and care. To encourage this collaboration, we are thrilled to introduce our Employee Referral Bonus Program.
Program Overview:
The Employee Referral Bonus Program is designed to reward our dedicated staff for referring qualified candidates who ultimately become valued members of our Lexington ABA Solutions team. This program not only supports our commitment to maintaining a high standard of excellence but also recognizes the contributions of our employees in helping us find the best talent. Compensation: Participants in the program have the opportunity to earn a total bonus of $400 for each successful referral.
Payout:
🤝 $400 will be paid in full upon completion of the referral candidate's 90-day probation period.
Eligibility and Rules:
All current full-time and part-time employees of Lexington ABA Solutions are eligible to participate in the Employee Referral Bonus Program. Referring employees must submit their referrals through the official referral portal.
✅ The referred candidate must not be an existing applicant or previously referred candidate in the last six months.
✅ Referred candidates must meet the qualifications and requirements of the position they are being referred for.
✅ Referring employees are encouraged to inform their referrals about the program's rules and requirements.
✅ Bonus payments will be processed in accordance with the payment schedule mentioned above.
✅ Lexington ABA Solutions reserves the right to modify or terminate the Employee Referral Bonus Program at any time.
✅ Referralee employee shall successfully complete the requirements of the LLA 90 Day Employee Review. All categories shall reflect a 95% satisfactory rating
