At Lexington ABA Solutions, we believe in fostering a community of excellence and growth. To encourage this collaboration, we are thrilled to introduce our Employee Referral Bonus Program.

 

Program Overview:

 

The Employee Referral Bonus Program is designed to reward our dedicated staff for re­ferring qualified candidates who ultimately become valued members of our Lexington ABA Solutions team. This program not only supports our commitment to maintaining a high standard of excellence but also recognizes the contributions of our employees in helping us find the best talent. Compensation: Participants in the program have the opportunity to earn a total bonus of $400 for each successful referral.

 

Payout:

 

🤝 $400 will be paid in full upon completion of the referral candidate's 90-day probation period.

Eligibility and Rules:

​

All current full-time and part-time employees of Lexington ABA Solutions are eligible to participate in the Employee Referral Bonus Program. Referring employees must submit their referrals through the official referral portal.

​

✅ The referred candidate must not be an existing applicant or previously referred candidate in the last six months.

 

✅ Referred candidates must meet the qualifications and requirements of the position they are being referred for.

 

✅ Referring employees are encouraged to inform their referrals about the program's rules and requirements.

 

✅ Bonus payments will be processed in accordance with the payment schedule mentioned above.

✅ Lexington ABA Solutions reserves the right to modify or terminate the Employee Referral Bonus Program at any time.

✅ Referralee employee shall successfully complete the requirements of the LLA 90 Day Employee Review. All categories shall reflect a 95% satisfactory rating
