The important role of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is to assess each child and create a treatment plan using the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis. The BCBA is responsible for monitoring each client’s progress as well as assisting in the growth and development of their RBTs. This is a unique opportunity for advancement in a growing company.
