Harrison Rogers
Owner/Founder
Our team has always believed everyone has the same potential to learn, we just all learn differently. Founded with passion, Lexington leaders strive to ensure every member is progressing, learning new skills, and reaching their highest level of independence within our society.
We believe in giving all individuals a feeling of hope, freedom, and self confidence at Lexington ABA Solutions. It is because of this belief we come to work to provide, cultivate, and give these gifts to children and adults with Autism, developmental disabilities, intellectual disabilities, and behavior disorders. We are a team driven by helping each other grow as professionals.

Dr. Kellie Band
Clinical Director
Dr. Kellie Band is the Clinical Director at Lexington ABA Solutions. She has been in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis since 2005. During her career, Dr. Band has evolved, from pediatrics to Organizational Behavior Management and business development. Before joining Lexington, Kellie spent the last few years assisting in the growth and development of a pediatric therapy clinic that now serves children across the state. She believes culture, accountability, and transparency are the utmost importance and a foundation to success in any business. She holds a Doctorate in Behavioral Health, which focuses on integrated care, and has sat on the Arizona Association for Behavior Analysis board, holding a variety of roles ranging from Treasurer to different committee chairs. Kellie has been a graduate professor with Arizona State University, Grand Canyon University, and Purdue Global University teaching in the Psychology department. This has helped her to grow her knowledge and skills with performance management and the dissemination of Applied Behavior Analysis in various of capacities.
When Kellie is not working, she stays busy with her two boys and husband. She enjoys going to the zoo, hiking, being with friends and family, and catching up on true crime podcasts.

Mariah Locke
Senior BCBA
Mariah Locke, M.Ed. BCBA, LBA is a Licensed and Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who is passionate about supporting her clients through naturalistic teaching, assent-based practices, collaboration, and an individualized treatment approach. Mariah became a BCBA in 2016 supporting clients in the home, clinic, and community. Professionally Mariah enjoys mentoring, developing performance management systems, managing quality assurance, and supporting Diversity, Inclusion and Equality in patient care. Outside of work, Mariah has 2 daughters, enjoys coffee, and loves to travel.

Gabrielle Demby
BCBA
Gabrielle Demby grew up in Green Bay, Wisconsin, and migrated to Arizona in 2013. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a minor in Human Nutrition and Spanish from Arizona State University in December of 2016. She became a licensed Registered Behavior Technician in 2018 and joined the graduate program at Arizona State University shortly after. Gabrielle graduated with her master’s degree in special education with a concentration in Applied Behavior Analysis in May of 2020 and became a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst in October of that year. With a passion for helping exceptional individuals, she embodies the strength of tenacity, perseverance, and advocacy for all. Gabrielle welcomes variety into her life with loving arms and accepts every challenge that comes her way.

Morgan Bond
Office Manager
I grew up in the midwest and graduated from Indiana University with a bachelor’s degree. I began working with children on the autism spectrum in 2018 as a direct support professional. I then became a registered behavior technician for about 3 years before moving into an administrative role with Lexington ABA Solutions in 2022.
