Gabriella Pinato
BCBA
Gabriella Pinato is a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with Lexington ABA Solutions, bringing over eight years of experience in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Throughout her career, she has worked in various roles and settings, providing her with a well-rounded understanding of the field. Gabriella earned her Master's degree in Special Education/Applied Behavior Analysis from Ball State University. She is passionate about ABA's personalized approach, tailoring each treatment to meet the unique needs of her clients. As a BCBA, her professional goals include delivering effective treatment, mentoring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to foster their growth, and expanding the ABA program within her organization. Originally from California, Gabriella relocated to Phoenix in 2023 with her significant other and daughter. Since moving to Arizona, she has enjoyed the new chapter in her life. Outside of work, Gabriella loves spending time with her family, hiking when the weather permits, and attending baseball games.

Eva Andersen
RBT
Eva Andersen is a Registered Behavior Technician with two years of experience in her current role and over four years of experience working with individuals with special needs. She is deeply passionate about helping others grow and become more independent. From a young age, Eva has felt called to help people, and through her work, she brings that purpose to life each day. Building meaningful connections with the individuals and families she serves is one of the most rewarding aspects of her work. Outside of her professional role, Eva enjoys creating a life that feels fun, meaningful, and adventurous. She values spending time with family and friends, planning events, and finding joy in the small moments. Whether listening to music, exploring nature, or relaxing with a movie, she embraces balance and positivity in her everyday life. She is also an active member of the White Mountain Autism Foundation, where she contributes to planning events and promoting awareness and positivity within the autism community. Being part of something greater than herself is an important part of who she is. Eva is currently completing her bachelor’s degree in psychology and plans to pursue a master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis. Her long-term goal is to become a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. She is committed to bringing positivity, creativity, and compassion into both her professional work and her daily life.

Lexyne Rivera
RBT
Lexyne Rivera is a Registered Behavior Technician with over a year of experience supporting individuals with autism and developmental differences. She is passionate about helping her clients reach their full potential through compassionate, individualized care. Prior to becoming an RBT, Lexyne worked as an assistant daycare teacher, where she built a strong foundation in early childhood development and discovered her love for working with children. In her role as an RBT, Lexyne has experience working with individuals ranging from 2 to 21 years old. She brings a patient, person-centered approach to her work, focusing on building meaningful relationships while implementing evidence-based behavioral interventions. She has worked one-on-one with clients to develop essential life skills, strengthen communication, and reduce challenging behaviors, always striving to create a positive and supportive environment. Originally from Phoenix, Arizona, Lexyne recently relocated to Show Low in December 2025 to be closer to family. She is happily married and values the time she spends with her loved ones. Outside of work, she enjoys attending concerts, playing guitar, and spending quality time with her husband and family. Lexyne is dedicated to collaborating closely with families and team members to ensure consistency and meaningful progress across all environments. She aspires to become a teacher and continue making a lasting impact by helping others learn, grow, and build confidence and independence.

Monica Swenson
Office Manager
Monica Swenson is the dedicated Office Manager at Lexington ABA Solutions, bringing six years of experience in operations and billing within the autism field. Passionate about helping families navigate the insurance process, she takes great pride in making access to care as seamless as possible. Originally from California, Monica moved to Arizona in 2009 and now calls Mesa home. When she's not ensuring smooth operations at work, she loves riding her Harley Davidson with her husband, spending quality time with family and friends, and working on home improvement projects. Monica’s commitment to excellence has been instrumental in keeping accounts receivable up to date, contributing to the growth and success of Lexington ABA Solutions. She looks forward to continuing to apply her strong work ethic to make a difference for the families and children she serves.
