OUR APPROACH TO SERVICES

APPLIED
BEHAVIOR
ANALYSIS

ABA is often synonymous with autism and while research has shown that it is one of the best treatments for individuals on the autism spectrum, ABA is a science that modifies behavior.

ABA focuses on improving the quality of life for individuals and their families by changing socially significant behavior.

Using the principles of ABA we can teach new skills and maintain current skills as well as reduce undesired or challenging behavior that impedes learning and independence.

COLLABORATIVE
COMPREHENSIVE

APPROACH

Each certified clinician is an expert in their area of study and we believe that using the strengths of everyone involved will maximize the progress of each child in our program.

Treatment is streamlined to ensure the comprehensive plan seamlessly compliments the other clinicians that are working with each student. It is important to us to approach treatment from a systemic point of view.

SCHOOL
READINESS
PROGRAMS

These are important years of development in a child's life and we are here to partner with parents to ensure their children achieve everything they need to be successful.

Our school readiness programs accomplish 3 things: children are ready for school, parents are ready to support their child's learning, and the school is knowledgable on creating a successful learning environment for each individual student.

We believe that children that begin school with the foundation they need, they are more likely to be successful and be ready to learn and grow.

BOARD CERTIFIED AND
LICENSED CLINICIANS

All clinicians at Lexington are nationally board certified through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board and are licensed through the Arizona State Board of Psychologist Examiners.  The RBTs are also nationally certified through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board. In addition, our clinicians go through rigorous background checks and obtain fingerprint clearance cards.

Our clinicians must complete the continuing education requirement put forth by the licensing and certifying boards to keep up on current research and developments in the field of ABA.
